Foundation Spine and Posture In town between Pensacola and Piikoi on S King Street.
We're located at 1150 S King Street, formerly called the Atlas Building, in Suite 408. (We are between Pensacola and Piikoi on S King St). Parking is available by entering the garage attached to the backside of the building from Young Street. Enter the garage ramp under the blue sign "Eleven50 Parking", directly across from the backside of the Walgreens. Patient parking is on the same level you enter the garage and additional parking is available below that. We will validate, so please bring your parking ticket up to the office. If you have any trouble parking (finding spaces), let the attendant know and they will help you find a place to park. There are handicap spots available as well.
In case you need to reschedule or cancel, please email or call the office at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment so that we may accommodate others as well. If you reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show up without notifying us, we will process a cancellation fee of $100, thank you for your understanding in this matter.
